Termite inspections can usually be produced within 24 hours of requesting the inspection. In most cases and emergencies, same day service is available. To order an inspection, simply call the office or fax a request, an mls sheet (or comparable information), along with the full name of the buyer and the title company of your choosing to 573-348-0225 and I will do the rest. I am an affiliate member of both area Board of Realtors and have a keypad to make inspections even more convenient. Even better, any new buyer can have the price of his/her inspection deducted from a full year of pest service.
