Impasse Termite Blockers are new to the area but have been in use for many years and in intense field studies for decades. The product itself lasts beyond two decades. It is a fantastic product for use on utility entrances in slab foundations. It is perfect for some room additions also. Please click and find out more. W e have pre-treatment guarantees that extend to twelve years depending on the degree of protection that you feel is necessary. We have treatment guarantees that extend to 10 years depending on product and conditions for treatment.

We do not believe it that it is our job to sell you a treatment or even convince you to pre-treat. The homeowner or contractor knows if they need our services. They can also decide to pre-treat or not through their own decision making process. It is our job to consider and/or explain the individual structure, the location (grade, soil, foundation type, etc.), as well as weigh the client's preferences to plan the right treatment. For example, some clients do not like the thought of chemically treating the soil around their home. It is not my job to sell them a soil treatment. For these folks, we look at addressing their situation with a borate. We will explore new products if thats what it takes to completely satisfy a customers concerns and effectively solve their problem. That is our job!
